Q: I’m having a problem with my order; it won’t allow me to checkout?

A: Clear cache & cookies: When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

In Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click More .

3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.

4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes. 

6. Click Clear data.

Turn cookies on or off

To use your Google Account on a browser (like Chrome or Safari), turn on cookies if you haven't already. Important: If you get a message that cookies are turned off, you need to turn them on to use your account.

In Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome. 

2. At the top right, click More Settings.

3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings

4. Click Cookies.

5. From here, you can:

• Turn on cookies: Next to "Blocked," turn on the switch.
• Turn off cookies: Turn off Allow sites to save and read cookie data.

If you can't use your Google Account and get a message that cookies are turned off:

1. Follow the steps above to turn on cookies. 

2. Try signing in again.
